This course requires a basic understanding of Illustrator. (If you have taken the basic flats class, then you are ready for this course)
~Course Syllabus~
Class 1:
(4 hours)
a brief review of the basics 'drawing the neck' - (create perfect ribbing) modifying the basic blouse integrating Excel - (insert drawing into an Excel line-sheet)
Class 2:
(4 hours)
- complicating the basic flat - (making the blouse into a jacket)
- buttons on a path
- pattern fills
- exporting for email - (techniques for formatting to .pdf and .jpg, so the file emails and prints)
Step by step work books with screen captures of each step are provided along with CD-ROM's containing all supporting files. This workbook and disc are the students to keep!
