The Textiles class attended a field trip to Hoffman Fabrics of California in Mission Viejo. The students learned how their company makes batik fabrics in Indonesia, toured the art department and spoke with the textile designers about the design process. They also toured the warehouse, and watched the fabric rolling and inspection processes.
