Style Week OC September 30-October 8

The ever-endearing Southern California theme of palm trees and chic-style, the theme of the last fashion show for “Style Week O.C.” was “Going Out In Style” run away show at Fashion Island on October 8 at 7 p.m. The runaway show for Fashion Island was centered between Neiman Marcus, Blooming Dale, and other stylish stores, with an audience who were eager to see the new fashions for the fall.
The stores that showed their new trends were:

Join us for an OPEN MODEL CALL at the Microsoft Store - South Coast Plaza on Friday, September 30th, 2011 at 2pm
OC Fashion Week along with Influenza Online Magazine is casting for its upcoming OC Fashion Week Photoshoot & Campaign. OC Fashion Week is a project of the ElephantMan Foundation, a nonprofit organization with a mission to raise inner beauty awareness in the fashion and entertainment communities. All proceeds will benefit the ElephantMan Foundation.
Seeking Orange County based male and female models: 18-34, any ethnicity, 5’7”+, dynamic, articulate, interesting, enthusiastic and professional. Runway experience not needed but is a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen and live in the U.S.
OC FASHION WEEK’S OPEN MODEL CALL is a unique opportunity to be selected by the OC Fashion Week Committee, whose members include editor and pro fashion photography team at Influenza Online Magazine.
This is an UNPAID but great exposure opportunity. If selected, you will be invited for either presentation or photo shoots representing OC Fashion Week in its promotional campaign!
What to wear/ Clothing (Recommended):
You are requested to wear your own swimwear, bikini, bathing suit (underneath regular clothing).
Male models please wear black pants with button down shirt.
All Models
* T-shirt & Jeans are also an option with some nice accessories.
(eco friendly & non-leather clothing/ accessories preferred) otherwise wear what you have.
Grooming:
All models should be clean shaven.
Makeup & Hair:
You are requested to provide your own makeup & hair. Please keep it simple, minimal, and natural.
Who is invited:
Female and/ or Male Models (professional or unsigned, aspiring models, as well as fashionistas) are all invited.
This event is Free and Open to the Public (w/ $5 suggested donation online). Industry professionals are invited as well as community.
