FACTORY TOUR

This informative tour of an apparel manufacturing factory will guide you through the different departments, from product development, pattern making, sampling, grading and marking through to production, shipping, accounting. Explanation of equipment and the different types of machinery and their uses will also be explained.
Participants should meet at: 9949 Hayward Way, South El Monte, CA 91733 at 3 p.m.
Instructor: Kiana Anvaripour
After graduating from Otis College of Art and Design in 2003 Kiana Anvaripour embarked on her fashion career and headed to London, England. This is where she began her experience in Luxury Lingerie and Evening wear for 5 years. She was later offered a position to return to her home, Los Angeles where she now currently resides as a consultant and illustrator for several premium brands.
